Kirin Ichiban is a premium, 5% ABV Japanese lager known for its “first press” brewing method, which uses only the first extraction of the wort to produce a crisp, smooth, and full-bodied taste. Launched in 1990 by the Kirin Brewery Company (founded 1885), this 100% malt beer is known for its refreshing quality, distinct from rice lagers.
